My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large and spacious, perfect from the bathroom to the pillows. We had a room facing the gondola and mountain peaks, which made it much quieter in our experience. The service was very good, the staff were polite and friendly, and even went out of their way to ensure a great experience. The location was the best in town, right next to the Gondola and restaurants, with a fantastic outdoor pool offering amazing views of the Pirin mountains. The dining experience was solid, although a bit loud for my taste. Overall, a great place for a ski trip.
